Sean not only stepped in and reconfigured everything to fix the problem but also took the time to clean and update my computer removing harmful software and talked with me about records storage options. I had a problem with my computer's sound that I thought couldn't be solved. I was considering buying a new computer, but my husband suggested I try a repairman first. So recently my computer (very expensive computer) stopped working. Every time I tried to turn on my computer, it kept loading into bios. I never even use bios because I’m not super knowledge in that, sadly. But I started to panic, I was just not having a good time. So I searched for help online, then I found Shawn. First, I was pleasantly surprised by the quickness of the response. My laptop problem was the sudden and unexpected appearance of viruses and getting high-end protection. From the moment I got the call, Shawn, working remotely, immediately got control of the problems with my laptop, and several hours later, everything was resolved. Very professional and flexible. My son's gaming laptop was in rough shape. Super slow and unresponsive. After a couple hours, it's running faster than when it was new. I had an older pc that had become unuseable. It was very slow and obviously infected with who knows what. Sean took care of the issue by running s nomber of scans ... a remotely. It took a while for the scans to run, but ultimately the problem was solved and the machine is running fine. Thanks Sean!!!
